As a mum, I know the importance of needing high energy. How do we achieve this? Through eating adequately and not over-training or doing hours or cardio. Knowledge is power. If you're living off minimal calories, or on the other end of the scale, filling your calories with constant takeaway and predominately processed foods, you won't have the nutritional needs to support regular physical activity and daily movement, let alone the energy needed for day to day mum life.

My focus isn't solely on "fitness and nutrition" - it takes into account the person as a WHOLE. Water intake, sleep hygiene, stress management, food quality (micronutrients) and daily lifestyle habits - each of these components create a positive environment for success. It's all in your daily HABITS.


Developing healthy habits goes SO much further than just a "good physique" - top of the list is increased confidence, self-discipline and self-awareness. It helps you to thrive in ALL areas. Hi, I’m Brooke!


I have always had a passion for health and fitness, going to the gym since I was fifteen and incorporating a “balanced” approach to nutrition. After high school, I completed my University Degree in Bachelor of Education/Teaching, whilst also studying my Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness. I then studied to be a Sports Nutritionist through Sports Nutrition Australia while personal training on the side. As a coach, I have helped hundreds of women and men to achieve their goals. 


My passion is educating others to create a balanced approach to their nutrition and training in order to create long-term progress as opposed to "quick-fix" results. My goal is never to promote unhealthy habits or short lived results. I’ve been there - training twice a day every day. Eating “clean” and beating myself up when I’d eat something “bad.”

Hi, I’m Brooke! A mum, a wife and an advocate for living a balanced life.


I have always had a passion for health and fitness. I started my journey in the gym when I was fifteen years old and have been going ever since - throughout "lifestyle" goals, comp-prep, pregnancy and now postpartum.


After high school, I completed my University Degree in Bachelor of Education/Teaching, whilst also studying my Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness. I then studied Sports Nutrition and continue to add different courses and mentorships to my coaching "toolbelt" as I believe you can never be "too educated."


My passion is educating others to create a balanced approach to their nutrition and training in order to create long-term progress as opposed to "quick-fix" results. My goal is never to promote unhealthy habits or short lived results. I’ve been there - training twice a day every day, eating “clean” and restricted, then beating myself up when I’d eat something “bad.” I want to teach you so that you don't have to go through the phases that I did.


Having a coach pushes you to learn and stay accountable, whilst having someone to reach out to. My coaching covers more than just diet and training, delving into daily habits and lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress and hydration.
